Co-Founder and President
As the Co-founder/President at Decibel Green, Diane Eichler brings more than 20 years experience in branding, marketing and advertising on both the client and agency side. She also may have had an experience with a chocolate truffle in Amsterdam but that’s a separate conversation.
Diane launched her career in Los Angeles working at acclaimed design agency COY. She moved to Toyota Motor Sales as a Director of Marketing and then was the agency lead for the North American launch of the Toyota Celica, Spyder and ECHO. Diane’s industry experience includes Real Estate, Technology, Wellness, Automotive, Entertainment, Retail and Hospitality. As the Director of Communications for Realty Executives International, she supervised teams in the development of internal communications and media relations campaigns. As Director of Client Services at SHR Perceptual Management, she worked closely on the branding of the agency’s marquee accounts including Andre Agassi, Coke and Fairmont Hotels.
She must have been doing something right over all that time because her book shelf at work is filled with shiny gold and silver awards including the national ones she won for Oscar De la Renta and Telluride Ski Resort.
Diane currently volunteers with the Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce and Denver BASICS, where she serves as a business coach. She is a former board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s Rocky Mountain Chapter and Phoenix Suns Charities 88.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Scripps College in Claremont, California. In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, reading, playing with her circus dogs, cooking and making jewelry. Oh, and she’s been married for 25 years to some guy at Decibel Green who shares the same last name.
